Conception and layout of an exterior terrace for a private residence, Montreal, Canada

Multiple zones on different levels allow a merge between the exterior and exterior creating a podium concept on which the Victorian house sits.  Project executed with a high degree of precision and complex engineering giving the client the feeling of being on vacation in a hotel/boutique.
