Complete renovation of a loft in an old shoes factory built in 1911, Montreal, Canada

Plan a new layout with the objective of regaining the loft style lost in the 1986 conversion.  Create minimalist and timeless comfortable living spaces.  A full second bathroom was added and the heating and central air conditioning system was replaced.
