Creation of a new visual identity with clean lines and contrasting tones, for the common spaces of this historic building in Old Montreal. Develop a revitalization project with the aim of attracting a new corporate clientele, while making important upgrades with the National Building Code.  The new design brings a significant added value to the building and enhances the assets of the owner.
