As part of an asset maintenance program and to increase the value of the property and private units, Le Square syndicate of co-ownership wanted to renovate their common areas in a classic design with clean lines, while respecting the building, its configuration and its site.

Therefore FOR. has forged a unique visual identity in synchronism with the quality of the existing architecture of this 1973 multi-occupancy building.

To assure the design sustainability, the concept was based on the volumes simplification, supported by quality materials and graphic elements such as laser cut aluminium screens strategically located. The linear effect of the hallways were broken by vertical elements and 70’s inspired carpet. New lighting fixtures help to increase brightness while creating a cozy effect. The instinctive signage identifies clearly the accesses, and the overall interior concept unifies all the common spaces.
